How do I register for Financial Knowledge courses?
If you have never registered for classes before, you can
create a new student account. If you have registered before, simply go to our
Registration area.
Can my spouse/partner attend the class and do I need to register them?
Most employer organizations allow spouses/partners to attend and there is no need to register them. We do ask that you sign them in appropriately with your firm's lobby or security personnel, escort them to and from the classroom location, and share course materials.
How do I cancel a course registration?
See
your current registrations and select 'Cancel' next to the registration you'd like to cancel.
How do I retrieve my password?
Use our
password reminder to send yourself an email with your password.
How do I change my student information?
You can
edit your student profile in
My Account.
I would like to sign up for a class, but it is full. What options do I have?
There are several options you have for classes that are full as follows:
(1) Make sure you have added your name to the wait list. If a space becomes available, we will automatically register you for the class and send you an email notification.
(2) Please
send us an email letting us know of your interest in attending a particular course. Many companies will schedule additional sessions of a particular course topic if there are a number of requests received. Be sure to mention your employer, course date, time, and course topic in your email.
(3) Since the registration window for most classes opens 60 days before the scheduled class, it is possible that openings will exist as the class date approaches. Mark your calendar to check to see if any there are any openings six days before the scheduled course date as reminders are sent out to registrants seven days before the actual course date and a few openings may occur. You may also wish to check the site the day before the scheduled course date as several more openings may occur from last minute cancellations since registrants receive another reminder the day before.
