Determine seven common reasons to establish a trust. Distinguish between revocable versus irrevocable trusts. Analyze many different types of trusts including: living trusts, family trusts, charitable trusts, GRATS & GRUTS, life insurance trusts, minor's trusts, testamentary, and other trusts. Compare and contrast wills versus living trusts. Review the three essential steps to creating an estate plan.
