Financial Knowledge seeks exceptional trainers with professional financial experience who are motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic. Instructor candidates must possess well-rounded financial knowledge and have excellent presentation skills with a strong ability to interact with groups. Prior teaching experience is a plus. Potential instructors must have a Bachelor's degree and hold the CFP designation or equivalent in order to be considered. In addition, potential instructors must be willing to travel nationwide.

Financial Knowledge does not hire any instructors that have any proprietary interest in any product, instrument, device, service, or material discussed during a Financial Knowledge teaching event. Prior to joining Financial Knowledge as an instructor, the individual must sever all ties with any financial firms, including their own, that provide advisory services and/or sell financial products or related services. This includes affiliations with any firms that provide financial planning, financial advisory, employee benefits consulting, accounting, banking, brokerage, legal, or real estate services.

Potential instructors must go through the Financial Knowledge audition process, which includes a background check, performing a class in front of a panel of senior Financial Knowledge instructors, and taking an assessment test. Due diligence is also conducted to make sure the potential instructor has no current affiliations with any financial institutions that provide advisory services and/or sell financial products or related services.
